"Thanks" To You and More Sketch Fun!

First of all, I want to say Thank You to my new followers for your sweet comments. And always a Thank You to my previous followers that have always been so supportive and wonderful to me and have given me so much inspiration. I love the online world. From challenge sites, blogs, scrapbook groups, from all around the world, I have met so many talented and wonderful fellow crafters. I just haven't had much luck in my circle of friends and family around me caring or being interested in scrapbooking. I love having others to bounce ideas off of, sharing my work, and most of all gaining inspiration from. So Thank You so much!

Products Used: Patterned Paper: Little Yellow Bicycle (Freshprint Clothesline/Cora Chrysanthemum, Cora Stitched & Sky Blue Ledger) & My Mind's Eye (Dreamy 2/Yellow Pin Stripe) - Chipboard, Edged Paper & Flourish: Little Yellow Bicycle (Fresh Print Clothesline) - Flowers: K&Co. (Classic K Bailey) - Chipboard Letter Stickers: American Crafts Thickers (Emerald Flocked) - Scallop Circle Punches: Fiskars & McGill - Black Chalk Ink: Colorbox - Chipboard Camera: Unknown.

I created this layout for Diane Fisher's/Design by Diana blog anniversary.  I fell in love with the sketch, and you know me and sketches. The layout is about my first granddaughter getting use to my camera pointing in her direction at an early age. Here's the sketch:

Since I did my scrapbook stash purge last week, I am adamant about using up my stash before it gets any older and becomes unloved. So this layout was inspired by Diane's sketch and by the Little Yellow Bicycle Freshprint Clothesline collection. In fact, I had just received this product in the mail last week from the surprise scrapbook box that I purchased last week from Wendy Sue Anderson. I am truly hoping those of you who win my packages find treasures in there you can make a future layout with.

Products Used: Cardstock: DCWV - Patterned Paper: Cosmo Cricket (DeLovely-DeLectable) & DCWV - Ghost Shape Hearts: Heidi Swapp - Doilie: Hallmark (Party Express) - Flowers: Prima (Mulberry Paper Flowers) - Bling: Doodlebug Designs Jewels (Cupcake) - Paint: Apple Barrel - Ink: Colorbox (Charcoal) - Die Cut Machine: Craft Robo.

This layout was created for Sketch Inspiration. I have donated this weeks prize and would love for you to go over there and join in the fun. The layout is about my middle granddaughter and her ever present sleep buddies.  Here's this week's sketch (Sketch 318):

There is a new sketch every Sunday, and there is always a lovely prize awarded to one random entry winner each week. I won a sketch book full of great sketches from Trisha Hill that I love! The woman over there are so nice and really great! Again, some of the nicest people you'll ever meet!

Products Used: Patterned Paper & Cardstock Embellishments: Cosmo Cricket (Wanted/Kissin' Kate & Strip Tease), Carolee's Creations (Rusty Star) & Making Memories (Boho/Olivia Floral Lattice) - Letter Stickers: Bo Bunny Press (Mama-razzi) - Hemp Cord: Darice - Glue Dots.

This layout was also created for Sketch Inspiration with Sketch #317 from last week. A fun layout to do, and it showcases one of the cutest photos I have of our nephew Hunter. He's almost 17 now, but he's still a little boy to me.

I tightened up the elements of the sketch, and changed the orientation of my photo. Otherwise I followed it pretty closely. And the product was some I've had in my stash for quite some time! So glad to have used it up! I'm telling you, get into your stash and re-familiarize yourself with what you have. Use it or lose it!

Products Used: Cardstock: Paperbilities - Patterned Paper: Making Memories (Great Escape/Flower Ledger) - Border Strip: Little Yellow Bicycle ( Crepe Paper Lace Stickers) - Letter Stickers: Making Memories (Cheeky Shimmer Blue) - Buttons: The Paper Studio - Floss: We R Memory Keepers - Word Stickers: Die Cuts With A View (Doodlin' Around) - Glue Dots.

And lastly I created this layout as my last official entry for "28 Sketches" at Big Picture Classes. I miss this class already. I had a great time and I met lots of new fellow scrapbookers! Not to mention I created 16 new layouts and have 12 more sketches I can use in the future! The layout is about our youngest granddaughter and the transition from baby-hood to toddler-hood. It goes by so quickly!

Thanks for taking a look at my latest creations. LOAD starts tomorrow, and I am super excited and super ready! I plan on burning a huge hole in my stash!

Have a great week and keep scrapping!
