New Sketch Monday

Good morning everyone! It's Monday, and that means a new sketch reveal at Let's Get Sketchy! Here is the sketch:

Sketch created by Bev Code

Here's my layout:

I wanted to use this fun Simple Stories/Summer Fresh patterned paper for the background on my layout. But to pull it off with the designs already printed on the paper, I had to turn the sketch upside down and change a few things. I love the adaptability of the sketch, and I know I can use it again as is.

I loved these photos of our granddaughter when she was 7 months old. She went through a phase of being super shy and crying when strangers talked to her. It didn't last for long, but I wanted to document this little quirk she had for a short time as a baby.

I really hope you will come on over to Let's Get Sketchy and join us this week! We are dying to see what you come up with! And don't forget that there are prize giveaways throughout the month of March to celebrate Let's Get Sketchy's first birthday! The blog hop challenge also has been extended to March 13th! The beautiful grand prize has been donated by Flamingo Scraps. Please join us, won't you?

Have a wonderful Monday, and a fabulous week! Keep scrapping!
